These services include product strategy, AI architecture, hands-on implementation, code review, and technical mentorship. All engagements are governed by our Advisory Engagement Terms.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE SPECIFIC RESULTS YOU WILL ACHIEVE FROM ENGAGING OUR ADVISORY SERVICES. Consistent with Section 7.2 and Section 7.4 of our Advisory Engagement Terms, we do not guarantee:
- Any specific revenue increase, profit margin, or return on investment
- Any particular business outcome, customer acquisition rate, or growth trajectory
- The success or market adoption of any product, feature, or strategy developed during an engagement
- Any specific cost savings, efficiency gains, or time-to-market improvements
- The effectiveness of AI implementations, automations, or technical architectures for your specific business context

Factors That Affect Your Results
Advisory and consulting engagement outcomes vary significantly based on numerous factors outside our control. Your individual results will depend on, among other things:
- Your existing business: Current revenue, market position, team capabilities, technical infrastructure, and stage of development
- Implementation quality: How effectively you and your team implement the strategies, architectures, and recommendations provided
- Market conditions: Industry dynamics, competitive landscape, economic environment, regulatory changes, and customer demand
- Capital and resources: The financial, human, and technical resources available to execute on recommendations
- Timing: Market timing, product-market fit, and the speed of execution relative to competitive movements

Pricing Is Not an Income Projection
The advisory service fees published on this website (ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 depending on engagement tier and scope) represent the cost of engaging the Consultant's services. These fees describe what the Client pays for the Consultant's time, expertise, and deliverables. They are not projections, estimates, or representations of any income, revenue, or financial return the Client will receive as a result of the engagement.
Past Performance
Statements on this website regarding the Consultant's personal experience (including years of experience, number of products shipped, aggregate revenue generated across ventures, and media features) reflect the Consultant's individual track record and are provided for biographical context. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that any client will achieve similar results. The Consultant's past performance is not indicative of future results for any client engagement.
Each client's results are unique and depend on their specific business, industry, execution, timing, and other factors entirely outside the Consultant's control.

Part III: Title and Role Clarification
This website uses titles such as "Fractional AI Co-Founder," "advisor," and similar designations to describe the Consultant's area of expertise and engagement model. These titles describe functional roles and the nature of the Consultant's professional services. They do not create or imply:
- A fiduciary relationship, fiduciary duty, or fiduciary obligation of any kind
- An agency relationship or authority to act on behalf of, bind, or represent any client
- A partnership, joint venture, or equity relationship with any client
- An employment relationship or employer-employee obligations
- A duty to act solely in any client's best interest or to subordinate the Consultant's interests to those of any client
As detailed in Section 12.5 of our Advisory Engagement Terms, the Consultant operates as an independent contractor. The use of "co-founder" in the Consultant's professional title reflects an operational engagement model—hands-on, embedded work alongside the client's team—and does not confer ownership, equity, fiduciary obligations, or legal authority of any kind. All engagements are governed exclusively by the written Advisory Engagement Terms and applicable Statement of Work.
